On December 03, 2004 the 4^th General Meeting of the Coalition "For Improving Extractive Industry Transparency" was held at the Baku Business Centre. The following agenda were considered at the meeting:

1. The Report of the Coalition Council - Coordinator of the Council Mr Sabit Bagirov presented the Report of the Coalition Council on the last six months duration of the Council activities. The member of the Council and Selection Group that is to select an audit company under EITI implementation Mr Gubad Ibadoglu informed the participants about the first meeting of the Group. The Report and the activities of the Council were well appreciated by Coalition members.

2. Coalition affiliation – 12 of 18 NGOs that had been applied for memberships joined the Coalition
