Agenda and decisions approved

1. Implementation of the decisions from the last meeting;

   Mr Sabit Baghirov provided information on this issue.

2. On the 2007 action plan of the Coalition

   Mr Sabit Baghirov has provided information on a general project, which is scheduled for implementation by the Coalition throughout 2007. The project covers different activities to get materialize in different areas. So far a total of 27 areas have been envisaged; however the submission of further proposals will go on. It has been decided to approve the project as a basic scheme and improve it at a general meeting on December 22nd.

3. Discussion of a draft agenda of the upcoming general meeting

   The following issues have been submitted for inclusion in the agenda:

   1. Report by the Board (presenter - Mr Sabit Bagirov)

   2. Presentations by the heads and appraiser of the projects implemented by the Coalition

   3. Report by the Monitoring Group on the activity of the Board and the projects implemented

   4. Changes in the Charter

   5. On the activity of the Coalition in 2007

   It has been noted that some members of the Coalition failed to take part in the events organized by and the activity of the Coalition in general. Therefore, clarity must be brought into their future membership. It has been decided that the co-ordinator apply via email to members of the Coalition and, on the basis of the replies to be provided, specify who will remain in the capacity of the member of the Coalition.
