Agenda and decisions approved

1. Discussions over the corresponding project and principles concerning the magazine of the Coalition

Decision:

1. To commission Mr Sabit Baghirov with the formulation of the principles of the magazine and the preparation of draft Regulations of the Editorial Board.

2. To approve the arrangements made for the publication of the magazine, with the purpose of submitting them for consideration to donors.

2. Discussion of the proposal on the changes designed to expand the scope of interest concerning the participation of the members of the Coalition in general meetings of the Coalition

Decision:

1. To consider expedient the abolition of the quorum to be secured at general meetings. To commission Mr Sabit Baghirov with the conducting of an electronic voting among the members of the Coalition, in order to materialise the corresponding change in the Regulations of the Coalition.

3. New aspects of transparency policies of the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and a statement on Transparency approved at a meeting of the Group of Eight (G8)

Mr Sabit Baghirov briefly presented the contents of these documents to the participants of the meeting. It was decided that these documents be translated and then, following discussions, the Board clarify its stance on them.
