Agenda and decisions approved

1. Results of the general meeting

   Mr Sabit Bagirov provided information about the 7^th general meeting of the Coalition and its outcomes. Addressing the meeting, participants expressed their corresponding opinions and remarks, and came up with certain proposals.

2. Selection of the editor-in-chief of the magazine of the Coalition among the nominated members of the Coalition (Zohrab Ismayil, Fagan Aliyev, Ogtay Gulaliyev and Mayis Gulaliyev).

   In accordance with the Regulations, the Editorial Board, composed, on a voluntary basis, of the members of the Board and Monitoring Group, favoured, through a secret vote, Mayis Gulaiyev as the editor-in-chief of the magazine of the Coalition.

3. Discussion of the terms of the journalist competition on EITI

   The terms of the competitions were approved following the discussion.

4. Admission of new members

   "Foundation of Civil Rights Protection in Mass Media? (headed by Sadaddinova Matanat Muslim gizi), Centre for Democracy and Protection of the Rights of the Woman (headed by Mammadova Haqiqat), EcoWorld Social Union (headed by Ismayilov Nuraddin), and an individual (Sharafov Afig) were admitted to the Coalition as members.
