1. On managerial bodies of the magazine of the Coalition

   Editorial Board is composed of 13 members.

   Decision:

   1. A form of address is sent to members of the Coalition, so those willing to become the editor-in-chief, inform the co-ordinator of their decision via email until June 29.

   2. The editor-in-chief is selected among the nominated members of the Coalition, including the members of the Board, at the general meeting.

2. Discussion of the the issues concerning the general meeting:

   1. The Board proposes the following agenda to the meeting:

   2. Reports, to be made by the chairman of the Board and heads of the projects of the Coalition being under implementation

   3. Discussion of the proposals on changes in the Regulations:

      1. Registration of the Coalition as a juridical person (proposed by Mayis Gulaliyev)

      2. Repeat registration of the members

   4. Expansion of the membership composition of the Board

3. Information concerning the latest meeting of the International Advisory Board

4. Admission of new members

   "Free Person" human rights protection union (headed by Qafarov Sabuhi) was admitted to the Coalition as a member.
