Agenda and decisions approved

  1. Admission of new members

    Economic and Social Development Centre (Vugar Bayramov), Democratic Values Protection Fund (Ahmad Asgar), Centre for Assistance to Democratic Building (regional NGO from Aghstafa district, headed by Ilgar Valiyev), Mr Mussayev Jeyhun Ali oghlu (individually) and Bakirzada Shabnam Rashaid gizi (individually) were admitted to the Coalition as members.

  2. Discussion of the Regulations of the magazine:

Decision:

  1. The magazine is not registered as a juridical person.

  2. The Board of the Coalition is the founder of the magazine.

  3. To manage the magazine:

    1. Editorial Board (in charge of the determination of the strategy and subject matters), and

    2. Editorial staff (composed of the editor-in chief and other staff members, and is in charge of day-to-day management of the magazine) are hired.

  4. Members of the editorial board are to be selected among members of the Coalition and Monitoring Group on a voluntary basis.

  5. The editor-in-chief is to be selected by the editorial board among members of the Coalition and its Board.

  6. Editorial staff are approved by the Editorial Board following the corresponding reference by the editor-in-chief.

  7. The regulations provide the basis (for the activity of the magazine); the decisions, approved with respect to, and changes, proposed in the Regulations, are to be elaborated anew.

  1. Current issues

It was decided that the next general meeting of the Coalition start on June 30, at 10 am. The venue needs to be specified.
