1. Discussion over tendencies in the delegation of work duties among members of the Board

   It was decided by the Members of the Board to delegate work duties in accordance with the Action Plan:

   - Sabit Baghirov being responsible for the Memorandum signed between the Government (of Azerbaijan) and companies

   - Sevgim Rahmanov being responsible for the rise of public interest and development of public strength

   - Inglab Ahmadov being responsible for the development of the strength of the Coalition

   - Mirvari Qahramanly being responsible for the improvement of the existing legislation with respect to an increase of transparency in the extractive industry

   - Qubag Ibadoghlu being responsible for co-operation with other countries and international NGOs involved in EITI

   - Sabit Baghirov being responsible for co-operation with the International Advisory Group

   - Mayis Gulaliyev being responsible for co-operation with international financial organizations

   - Dunya Sakit being responsible for the control of revenues from the extractive industry

   - Telman Zeynalov being responsible for an increase in oil revenues by reducing inefficient expenses

   - Mayis Gulaliyev being responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of compliance with EITI principles

2. Discussion of principles of selection of the delegates from the Coalition to an EITI international conference to be hosted in Baku

3. Discussion of a project submitted by Mayis Gulaliyev

   A decision was made to empower Mayis Gulaliyev - taking into consideration the suggestions offered during the discussion - to do a follow-up to the project and submit the final scheme to the donor.
