Participants discussed the procedures of meetings of the Coalition Board and approved proposed amendments and alterations.

2. Discussion of the implementation of the 2006 Action Plan of the Coalition

3. Discussion of results of the poll concerning the strengthening of transparency in extractive industries (Gubad Ibadoghlu)

4. Discussion of the principles of delegation of authority among board members

5. Discussion of the principles of selection of Coalition representatives to an EITI international conference, to be held in Baku

6. Accession of new members

Friends of the Universe/Azerbaijan Organization (Emil Isbatli is the head of the organization) and Ruslan Khalilov, an individual, were affiliated to the Coalition on the basis of the corresponding applications.
