Agenda and decisions approved

1. Discussion of projects included in the 2006 Action Plan of the Coalition. Submitted for discussion were the projects individually drafted by H. Rizvangizi, O. Gunduz, Ehtiram Ali and M. Gulaliyev

Approved at the 11 February 2006 meeting of the Coalition, the Rules of the implementation of grant programs were later made invalid, following the repeated vote, in which three members supported the document but with five were against it, demanded by the Board members who didn?t attend pre-discussion meetings.

Several projects were submitted for discussion by individual authors, and the projects of H. Rizvangizi and O. Gunduz were approved as eligible for being presented on behalf of the Coalition. Discussions were postponed on the project submitted by Elshan Ali, following the author?s failure to attend the corresponding meeting and answer certain questions raised by the members of the Board. The project submitted by M. Gulaliyev, failed to go for discussion and was recommended for revision, as the document was not drafted in the required format.

2. Accession of new members

The Institute of Integrated Transportation Problems and Seyidova Suheyla Yashar gizi, an individual, were affiliated to the Coalition on the basis of the corresponding applications.
