Decisions made at the meeting

1. Sabit Bagirov told the meeting participants that the Coalition had submitted suggestions on changes to the memo to its signatories. The suggestions are also posted on the Coalition’s web site;

2. The form of the action plan on the division of responsibilities was approved; directions of the Coalition activities for the second half of 2005 was also approved;

3. On current issues:

• A Declaration of the Azerbaijani citizens’ support for the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative was adopted;

• An information form of the organizations that are members of the Coalition to Improve Transparency in Extractive Industries, which will reflect the EITI-related projects, was adopted.
