Decisions adopted at the meeting

On the first issue:

1. To discuss a number of rules regulating the relations between audit company and the parties to the Memorandum at the first meetings of the Selection Group (If one of parties demands this not to invite any audit company to compete. At the same time to require a use of such rules in the selection procedures which will be considered in estimating an audit company not reckonnig with one of the Parties to the Memorandum. Thirdly while signing contract with an audit company article which obliges an audit company to answer parties` questions must be added to the contract)

On the second issue:

1. Considering the importance of the Coalition`s strategic work plan the Council is about to send again the project of the Strategic Work Plan to the Coalition members and to ask them to send their proposals and amendments connected with the project to Mayis Gulaliyev and to ask M.Gulaliyev considering proposals to prepare the last version and submit to donors.

On the third issue:

1. The Council supports the projects on translation and publication of suggested books ( «Beyond the Rhytoric», the book consisting of two parts prepared by Save the children international organization

On the forth issue:

1. Sevgim Rahmanov has informed about the trip to Kazakhstan where he was invited by the Coalition of Kazakhstan NGOs.

2. S.Bagirov was assigned to prepare regulations and other such documents to establish the Memorandum between donors and the Coalition, virtual grant fund on the grant program and joint commission on financing of the grants. The prepared documents will be discussed.

   (Owing to lack of time discussion of other problems was delayed till the next meeting.)
