Decisions adopted at the meeting

On the first issue:

• Proposals submitted at the fifth special general meeting of the Coalition and this meeting necessitate the Coalition Membership, putting forward projects, introducing amendments connected with clarification of principles of transparency in the Coalition and Council activity. Taking into consideration this the project about amendments to the Regulations will be prepared by Sabit Bagirov and Azad Aliyev. Every one can send his proposals to them or prepare an alternative project.

On the second issue:

• For the FITIEI Coalition to elect S.Bagirov as candidate to the International Advisory Group on EITI;

• To present candidates of Mayis Gulaliyev and Razi Nurullayev (after getting their personal compliance) as 2 persons who will be sent to the DFID on the work with EITI Secretariat.

On the third issue:

• Several Council members must meet the chief of the Oil Fund and clarify what is the base of writing such a reply. If it is clarified that audit company actually musn`t answer bilateral correspondence modification of the Regulations and introducing appropriate amendments for the next stage must be considered important. To assign S.Bagirov to come to an agreement with executive director of the Oil Fund about the time of the meeting at the Fund and to inform the Council members.
